YPAR Systematic Literature Review
Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR) is a research methodology and practice that is expanding across the nation. YPAR changes the ways in which we engage in research by moving youth from the role of subjects of research to experts and adults from experts to supporters and/or partners. While YPAR continues to touch more young people, it is important to understand how it is impacting youth and their communities. The YPAR systematic literature review is a collaboration among researchers from the Memphis YPAR Collaborative and the University of Memphis in which these researchers are building a database of existing YPAR literature to ask and answer questions about the process and impacts of YPAR among youth and their communities.
